Yes. Most upgrades or changes you are completing on your home require a permit. We always recommend completing the Building Permit Application for the Code Enforcement Officer (CEO) to review. The CEO will contact you to further discuss and to issue the permit. Insurance must be provided by all contractors up submission of the application.
