Sample Water/Sewer Bill
If you are not sure how to read your water/sewer bill, check out the sample bill pdf below. Meters are read every 6 months (March & September) with bills sent out in April & October. If you split your bill into quarterly payments you will receive a reminder letter with the outstanding balance in January & July. Your bill rates are as follows:

- Base Rates
- Village Users-$42 (Water) $44 (Sewer)
- Town Users-$57 (Water) $59 (Sewer)
- regardless of usage amount, if service is on you will be billed this amount
- Debt Service
- Water-$33
- Sewer-$46
- anyone connected to the system regardless if the water is off, is obligated to this charge. This charge is for the annual debt payments for Capital Projects. This amount will increase/decrease as debt is paid off or as capital projects are completed and additional debt is issued.
- Usage Rates
- Village Users: $4/1,000Gallons
- Town Users: $4.35/1,000Gallons
- Non-meter Rate
- $130 for 6 months-Debt Service will be an additional charge
- This rate is only for users who we cannot install a meter (IE: well users)
